As a journalist for 25 years, I've contributed to publications that include Wallpaper, Kinfolk and T The New York Times Style Magazine. I've served as the design editor for Surface, Frame and Dwell and continue to cover a spectrum of design, from architecture to art and travel to creativity-fueled commerce.
As a copywriter, I create communications collateral for clients ranging from large brands to small studios. Crafting press releases, artists' statements, product romance, web copy, catalogs and advertorials, I work with companies that speak to customers in a more editorial voice and want to transform stuff into experiences.
Design can power brands, so I also serve as a consultant. I've planned design-centric travel itineraries, curated a gallery as a satellite to the New York furniture fair and brokered introductions between designers and potential clients.
I'm currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoying the fog.
